Tin Coatings

We are able to offer our Hot Dip Tinning process to Copper, Phosphur Bronze, Brass, Steel and Stainless Steel strip up to 600mm wide x 3mm thick.

With our process we can vary the thickness of the tin coating from 1-50 microns.

Our capability means that we can tin coat your master coil ready for slittling in your works or for applying the tin coating to your processed work in batches.

We also specialise in the coating to Automotive Copper Busbar from 1.5mm - 20mm, Solder Coated Copper Busbar and Pure Tin Copper Busbar.
